We caught up with digital creator Sarah Lamkin for a short conversation about her evenings. The phone goes away, the dog finds the couch, and the day is allowed to end properly. Here, the small rituals she returns to each night.

01. What does rest look like for you at the end of the day?

Snuggling up on the couch with my partner and dog, after a good meal and switching off my phone.

02. What is the one thing in your evening routine you will never skip?

My skincare routine.

03. What is on your bedside table right now?

An essential oil diffuser and my current book, Men Without Women by Murakami.

04. Reading in bed or watching something?

I love both, depending on what my latest obsession is, haha.

05. Early riser or sleep in?

Early on weekdays, and sleep in on Sundays.

06. Tea, wine, or something else to end the day?

Tea and a sweet treat.
