Your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help. We offer store credit or full refunds on all orders that meet the below requirements.
Here's our simple return policy for Australian customers:
Returns and Exchanges
- You have 14 days from delivery to initiate a return
- Items must be unworn and in original condition
- Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty
- We recommend using tracked shipping for returns, PALME is not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping
Condition Requirements
- Items must be completely unworn and unwashed
- Products must be free from perfumes, deodorants, or personal care products
- No signs of wear, damage, or alterations
- Items must be free from pet hair, smoke, or other environmental contaminants
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return please email us at info@shoppalme.com. In your email be sure to include the following information:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Brief reason for return
- For any faults or damages, please include images of the areas in question
Refund Processing
All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for purchase. We cannot process refunds to alternative payment methods. This policy is in place for security and compliance with payment processor requirements.
